Awesome location
I love and enjoy living at the complex. It’s near the highways and many shopping centers. The only minor issues the parking ... availability as I do work well late into the evening close to midnight. The noise level is ok due to typical vehicles which are loud on the main road. I do enjoy the quiet hours which are set to help minimize the noise levels past certain hours given. Otherwise everything is great maintenance guy Juan is very attentive to residents maintenance requests. Jay the property manager is pretty much great with any issues which may arise. He is kind, understanding and listens at our needs. More than a few tenants have expressed positive points. The new maintenance gentleman is proficient, quick and on time. Can't beat this place
I moved to Hanover Terrace and have lived here close to a year now and can I tell you, I LOVE THIS PLACE. It's literally ... next to EVERYTHING and everything is just about right outside the front entrance, yet, it's quiet and in the cut so many do not even realize we are located where we are. I love that I can place a maintenance order (if I need them) online and boom, by the time I get home, my issues are resolved. I love that I can pay my rent online and I love the pool and the club house. I like that mgmt takes the time to do little things for their tenants to show their appreciation. Little things go far. I've never had any issue with my neighbors. They are all friendly and courteous of one another. I just love coming home to my apartment.
